Shipping Information

How might I obtain an estimated date of delivery?

Once you have made an order and the payment has been processed, your order will be sent out in the five following business days.
Once the Shipping Carrier has scanned the package, PerformanceTDI will provide you with your tracking number by e-mail.

Do you ship internationally?

For sure! However if you are ordering from outside Canada shipping fees will be applied.
All shipping is free in Canada, including all canadian provinces and territories.
We are using the following carriers
Canada: Canada Post Expedited Parcel
USA: Canada Post Expedited Parcel
Rest of the world: FedEx

Why is my tracking number is invalid

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated with by the shipping carrier. If after 48 hours the tracking still is not updated, feel free to contact us at sales@performancetdi.com or use our live chat from 9AM EST – 7PM EST.

Can I split my order to ship to different locations?

PerformanceTDI does not separate orders. Reach support if you need further assistance.

Payment Information

What payments methods are available?

Currently, PerformanceTDI accept Credit Cards and Interac E-transfers. PerformanceTDI only accepts AMEX or DISCOVER credit cards through paypal checkout. Only VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards are accepted with our payment system. Please also note that Interac E-transfers are only available for canadian customers. You will need to follow the instructions at checkout to input the correct information for Interac E-transfers.

Can I split my payment?

PerformanceTDI does not accept payment splitting.

Warranty & Refund Policy

Warranty & Return

All returns are prone to a restocking fee of 20% of the returned product(s) value.

All items offered on the PerformanceTDI.com website are subject to a 12 months warranty, unless stated otherwise.

This warranty excludes any used items.

The PerformanceTDI 12 months warranty is only applicable to the original owner of said item.

This warranty does not cover misuse, faulty installation, failure of parts other than the one(s) sold by PerformanceTDI, and labor.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs related on a return. 

Warranty requirements are as follows: Proof of qualified professional installation and tuning, new and correct hardware, proper operation and maintenance and correct oil.

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in immediatly voiding said warranty.

Is my PerformanceTDI turbocharger warrantied ?

Yes, all the turbochargers offered on the PerfomanceTDI website are included in the 12 months warranty.

Turbochargers used for any form of racing or competition and/or set to run higher than standard boost pressure are supplied in good faith and on the understanding that no guarantee is given in the matter of performance or reliability of the product, either by the manufacturers or PerformanceTDI.

However, within the first 12 months, PerformanceTDI will determine on a case by case basis whether or not the fault was related to a manufacturing defect or the extreme conditions the turbocharger was working under.

PerformanceTDI will also, in good faith, provide our assistance to our customers with a potential repair/replacement of said turbocharger.

PerformanceTDI cannot be held responsible for personal injury or damage caused to the engine or vehicle by a failed turbocharger.

How do I cancel an order?

Leave us an email with your order ID and if the package isn’t shipped yet we will provide a full refund and cancel the order.
