PD150 ARL Head Bolt kit for TDI PD engines

Description

This kit contains 10 PD150 head bolts for PD TDI engines. These are a stronger replacement than the stock grade 10.9 bolts, since they are grade 12.9. They provide greater protection against headlift for your performance setup in your BEW, BHW or BRM TDI engine.

PD150 HEADBOLTS TORQUE SPECS:

Stage 1 40nm (30 ft-lb)
Stage 2 60nm (44 ft-lb)
Stage 3 additional 90 Degrees (1/4 turn)
Stage 4 additional 90 Degrees (1/4 turn)

Bolt pattern tightening (reverse if removing)
